Return Policy

1. You can return the product within 7 days after you have received the product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received. Unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. You can initiate your return by mailing your order number and concern to us.
3. In case of Cash on Delivery (COD), the shipping charges shall not be refunded. Only the product value will be credited to your store wallet.
4. The refund value of the product shall be credited to your store credit wallet. Your store credit will remain valid for 6 months and can be used for your next purchase. The process shall be initiated as soon as the product is received and inspected in the warehouse.
5. We advise you to go through the size chart before making a purchase.

Exchange policy

1. The products can be exchanged for a different size.

2. The products can be exchanged for different products.

3. If the new product is more expensive than the exchanged one, then you will have to pay the balance amount.

4. If the new product is less expensive than the exchanged one, then the balance amount shall be credited to your store wallet.

Damaged/Incorrect item received:

1. In the event of a damaged item or an incorrect item, you can send the item back to us with your order number. After we receive the defective/incorrect item, we shall send you a fresh piece.

2. The items, which are customized, are not eligible for returns. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns and exchanges.
